Authentic integrity all the way

One of the key values they've taught us in Martha Beck life coach training is "Live it to give it". Our actions speak louder than our words, all parents know it. And the same applies to any life situation, not only to parenting.

You can't preach integrity if you don't live in integrity.

You can't teach authenticity if you're not living authentically.

This stuff is simple, but it's not easy. To live with authentic integrity requires us to know and accept ourselves from inside out. It requires us to embody our truth so much that whatever other people think, say and do to us does not bend us, because we feel our truth inside our bones. Only then we can establish healthy boundaries in our lives, and only then we'll feel that we're complete and that nothing is missing from our lives.

I strive to live with authentic integrity myself. Cultivating my integrity has been priority number one for me for the past several years, and I'm definitely seeing the progress.

I teach integrity to my kids and to my clients and I talk about it to my friends. I also help others to find their truth and to live it.

If you need help, reach out to me and let's chat. I'd be honored to help.

  • I love your blog!
I recently made a difficult decision, where I rejected a high-paying job because it didn’t align with my values. Reading this gives me reassurance that I’ve made the right choice. Thank you!
